Achieve your ITIL® (Version 5) professional designation with a bundled learning pathway from ITSM Hub. Choose between attending our courses live in our virtual classroom, delivered by an expert instructor or our self-paced online/eLearning course bundle. Our ITIL designation bundles give you everything you need in one package, all courses, all examinations, and 12 months to complete your pathway at a pace that works for you.
ITIL® Version 5 is the next evolution of the world's most trusted IT management framework. Built for AI-driven, digital-first organisations, it expands ITIL® beyond IT service management to full digital product and service management, relevant wherever digital products and services create value.
ITIL® Version 5 unifies products and services into one lifecycle so organisations can design, build, launch and improve together. The result: faster delivery, fewer gaps, better customer experiences and stronger business outcomes.
The qualification scheme includes nine core modules and one extension module, organised across three professional designations, with ITIL® Foundation as the entry point for all pathways.

For professionals focused on operational practice and service delivery
The Practice Manager designation develops deep expertise in a defined cluster of ITIL® practices, equipping you to design, implement and improve the specific practices most relevant to your role. This is the most focused of the three designations and the fastest pathway for specialists in service operations, IT asset management or service management improvement.
This bundle includes:

Yes. Foundation is the entry point for all pathways and is a prerequisite for all advanced modules. If you hold an ITIL® 4 Foundation certification, this is recognised as a valid prerequisite for ITIL® (Version 5) advanced modules, you do not need to repeat Foundation. If you hold ITIL® 4 Foundation and want to formally update your credential, the ITIL® Foundation Bridge course is a 1-day option to earn the Foundation (Version 5) certification.
ITIL® (Version 5) is designed to respect existing investments. If you hold ITIL® 4 Managing Professional or Master designations, the Managing Professional Transition (MPT) module may be a more efficient route than a full bundle. Contact us and we will map the fastest path based on your current credentials and goals.
Yes. All courses are available individually. Bundles simply provide the most cost-effective way to complete a full designation pathway. If you have already completed some modules, contact us to discuss a partial bundle or custom pathway.
Foundation must be completed first. Beyond that, the advanced modules within each designation can generally be taken in any order, though we recommend discussing sequencing with our team to make the most of your 18-month access window.
Contact us to discuss an extension. We work with candidates and organisations to make sure learning journeys reach completion.
