It was an enjoyable and informative couple of days. John does a great job in keeping things interesting and relating some of the scenarios to real world situations. It is quite similar to ITIL 4 though which is to be expected, though I did find the exam for ITIL 5 more difficult, which could be due to taking the exam straight after the course rather than having a couple of days to take it all in.
