I really enjoyed the 'Foundation' level Better Business Cases course. Malini was a great trainer and delivered a huge amount of information in a digestible and accessible way. She helpfully illustrated the course material with real-life experience and gave participants plenty of time to discuss our own experiences too. I'm already looking forward to the Practitioner level course in October!

I had previously completed several ITIL 4 courses with ITSM Hub and was impressed by the value they offered. The training materials were excellent, the instructors were knowledgeable and experienced, and the courses were competitively priced compared with other training providers. When it came to complete the ITIL (version 5) courses, choosing ITSM Hub again was an easy decision. I'm extremely pleased with the training and outcome and would recommend them to anyone seeking quality ITIL training.

Fantastic content and luckily, we had a great trainer - Rose who couple the concepts with real world analogies for a grounded understanding of concepts.
